How do I measure my windows for new blinds?
We recommend using a metal tape measure for accuracy. Measure the width and drop in three different places (top, middle, and bottom) and use the smallest measurement. Detailed step-by-step guides are available for every product type on our website.
What is the standard delivery time for orders within Ireland?
Most of our made-to-measure blinds are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. Once your order is shipped via our local courier partners, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Can I request free samples before making a purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering free samples to see the colors and textures in your own home lighting. You can add up to 10 samples to your cart for free, and they are typically dispatched the next working day.
What happens if my blinds don't fit?
If you have opted for our 'Mis-measure Protection' at checkout, we will replace your blinds if you made a mistake with your measurements. Otherwise, because all products are custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Are your blinds child safe?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority, and all of our blinds fully comply with the EN13120 safety standards. Each product comes with the necessary safety devices and instructions to keep cords and chains out of reach of children.
