Report an Issue
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery if your blinds arrive damaged or do not match the specifications of your order.
Provide Documentation
Email our team clear photographs of the fault or measurement discrepancy along with your order number to facilitate a swift quality assessment.
Collection or Return
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a courier collection of the faulty item or provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Replacement or Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will prioritize a fast-track replacement for your custom blinds or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
